Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

All requests for late check-out are subject to the approval of the accommodation Please note, the wellness centre comes at an extra charge of USD 8 per person per day. Children aged 16 and under are not allowed in the spa. During Passover celebrations 5-13/4/2023, the hotel will be in a strictly Glatt kosher food and atmosphere under the supervision of Rabbi Bornstein.
